I love people. Enabling others to develop the skills they need to be successful in their careers has made mine incredibly rewarding, and it’s a gift I’ll never take for granted.

I've worked in learning & development for over 15 years and held leadership positions for 7. My career has spanned multiple industries, from hospitality to consumer goods and manufacturing, and most recently pharmaceuticals and clinical research. The principles of adult learning apply across the board, and I love learning about each new industry as I join it. The common thread across most of my career has been enablement/training with contact centers/customer experience spaces.

With a Master’s Degree in Instructional & Educational Technology, I’m passionate about bringing the learning experience to people wherever they are. I’ve led two LMS implementations, serving as administrator, instructional designer, eLearning content creator, live facilitator, and everything in between. I am proficient in industry-leading tools such as Articulate Storyline, but I am also scrappy and can create effective learning with just about any tools given to me.

My success depends on my learners’ success, so I’m relentless in my pursuit of learning transfer.
